Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the Drive Folder Sync Windows desktop application.

Use of the application

You are responsible for selecting the local folders and Google Drive destination used by the application, and for ensuring that you have permission to copy those files. You are also responsible for reviewing the destination folder and maintaining appropriate backups.

Google account access

Google authorization is optional but required for Google Drive syncing. You control the authorization and may revoke it at any time through your Google Account. Use of Google services is also governed by Google's applicable terms and policies.

Availability and limitations

The application attempts to synchronize new and updated files. Files that are open, locked, offline, unsupported by Google Drive, or affected by network or Google service interruptions may not synchronize immediately. The application retries temporary failures when possible.

No warranty

The application is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. Do not rely on it as your only backup method. Verify important uploads and maintain an independent backup strategy.
