The latest stable Windows installer is always published as DriveFolderSync-Setup-latest.exe for easy linking from the website and app.
Official downloads
Use the current installer from the official Norris Stand source.
These files are the public download target for Drive Folder Sync. The in-app updater also uses this site and verifies the published checksum before launching an installer.
Before you run the installer
- Use this website as the official download source instead of older forwarded copies.
- New PCs still need activation approval through the Norris Stand customer portal before monitoring begins.
- If you are an existing customer, the easiest upgrade path is usually Check for updates inside the app.
- If you are evaluating the product or need more Google account capacity, review the pricing page before rollout.
- If you are not sure whether your email is already approved for access, contact hello@norrisstand.com before you install.
Manual verification
Each published installer also includes a matching SHA-256 text file so administrators can verify what they downloaded before they run it.
Versioned copies
Version-specific installers remain in this folder too, which keeps release notes and update manifests tied to a concrete build.
Install and open the app
Run the official installer, open Drive Folder Sync, and keep the Quick Start guide nearby if this is your first setup.
Approve the PC
When the app asks to activate this PC, finish that approval in the Norris Stand customer portal with the invited customer email.
Connect Drive and begin monitoring
Add the Google account, choose or create the Drive destination, map local folders, and then start monitoring.
